Filomena cancellation conditions

We want to make your vacation as safe as possible. That is why we have our cancellation policy adapted so that you can react as flexibly as possible in the event of possible corona restrictions.

You can cancel your booking with us as follows:

Up to 2 months before the day of arrival

Without payment of a cancellation charge

2 month to 1 month before the day of arrival

40 % of the total arrangement price

1 month to 1 week before the day of arrival

70 % of the total arrangement price

In the last week before the day of arrival

90 % of the total arrangement price

If drastic measures are taken, such as closing the border or entry restrictions, or Corona cases occur in the hotel, we also guarantee free cancellation up to 48h before arrival.

Hotel cancellation plus: More than just a cancellation insurance

Because something can always happen: We particularly recommend you to secure your hotel stay hence the Hotel Cancellation Plus. Besides the cancellation insurance, he offers additional Help and support for your hotel stay up to 31 days – for example in the event of a trip interruption, an involuntary extension of the holiday and in the event of mountain difficulties.

2G + rule on entry, 2G in the hotel

ENTRY INTO AUSTRIA
The 2G + regulation now applies to your entry into Austria:
- 2G detection + PCR test No registration or quarantine Exception: Booster vaccinated persons do not need a PCR test
- 2G detection without PCR test Registration and quarantine with the possibility of free testing at any time
- No 2G proof Registration + 10-day quarantine with the option of free testing from the 5th da

IN THE HOTEL AND IN THE GASTRO
The guiding principle in Austria in hotels and restaurants as well as in the use of cable cars etc. is the 2-G rule (for people aged 12 and over). For this you need a valid 2-G certificate:

Vaccinated:
The vaccination is valid from the day of the 2nd vaccination and is valid for 12 months.
• Vaccinations with vaccines for which only one vaccination is intended apply from the 22nd day after vaccination and are valid for 9 months from the day of vaccination
• For people who have already recovered and who have previously been vaccinated, the vaccination is valid for 9 months from the time of vaccination.
• For the first vaccination, a transition period of 4 weeks applies in combination with a valid PCR test as proof of admission.

Recovery:
As a convalescent, you are exempt from the obligation to test for 6 months after the infection has expired. A separation notice or a doctor's confirmation of the infection serve as proof. Antibody detection is valid for 3 months.

Furthermore, FFP2 masks are required in our house, in restaurants and in cable cars.

Safety and hygiene in our house

We carry out the following hygiene measures to make your vacation in our house as safe as possible:

  • There are disinfection columns in all public areas
  • The basic and surface cleaning in our company always corresponds to the high, prescribed standard (HCCP).
  • We have even increased the cleaning intervals in all public areas of our hotel.
  • We ventilate regularly and open our windows wide to let the fresh mountain air into our rooms.
  • All employees wear mouth and nose protection in direct contact with guests
  • Weekly Covid testing of all employees

We can continue to offer you our breakfast buffet on request. As a protective measure, we have attached cough and sneeze protection.

The following is mandatory for all guests to use the buffet:

  • Hand disinfection
  • Use of mouth and nose protection
  • Use of disposable gloves as well
  • regular queuing

The following applies to our swimming pool and sauna area:

  • Only accessible to house guests.
  • Minimum distance in all areas
  • Pool is open - limited number of people
  • Our wellness area is thoroughly disinfected on a regular basis.

Of course, our employees receive regular training and we are constantly adapting our measures to the official regulations.
