Filomena cancellation conditions

We want to make your vacation as safe as possible. That is why we have our cancellation policy adapted so that you can react as flexibly as possible in the event of possible corona restrictions.

You can cancel your booking with us as follows:

up to 10 days before the arrival date

without payment of a cancellation charge

in the last week before the day of arrival

90% of the total package price

If drastic measures are taken, such as closing the border or entry restrictions, or Corona cases occur in the hotel, we also guarantee free cancellation up to 48h before arrival.

Hotel cancellation plus: More than just a cancellation insurance

Because something can always happen: We particularly recommend you to secure your hotel stay hence the Hotel Cancellation Plus. Besides the cancellation insurance, he offers additional Help and support for your hotel stay up to 31 days – for example in the event of a trip interruption, an involuntary extension of the holiday and in the event of mountain difficulties.

Safety and hygiene in our house

We carry out the following hygiene measures to make your vacation in our house as safe as possible:

  • There are disinfection columns in all public areas
  • The basic and surface cleaning in our company always corresponds to the high, prescribed standard (HCCP).
  • We have even increased the cleaning intervals in all public areas of our hotel.
  • We ventilate regularly and open our windows wide to let the fresh mountain air into our rooms.
  • All employees wear mouth and nose protection in direct contact with guests
  • Weekly Covid testing of all employees

We can continue to offer you our breakfast buffet on request. As a protective measure, we have attached cough and sneeze protection.

The following is mandatory for all guests to use the buffet:

  • Hand disinfection
  • Use of mouth and nose protection
  • Use of disposable gloves as well
  • regular queuing

The following applies to our swimming pool and sauna area:

  • Only accessible to house guests.
  • Minimum distance in all areas
  • Pool is open - limited number of people
  • Our wellness area is thoroughly disinfected on a regular basis.

Of course, our employees receive regular training and we are constantly adapting our measures to the official regulations.
